Don't do things to become POPULAR or to (EMBARRASINGLY) seek social praise! EXECUTE LIFE in a fashion where you prove you can BEAT things! I want to hear some of your comments addressing how you failed at life trying to gain social acceptance at something and then supply another example (to build yourself back up) of how you BEAT something (or someone) rather than attempted to gain acceptance. I will provide the best feedback, but feel free to comment on others.

When I travelled to a remote area of India a few summers back, I met with a great SAGE. He was so GREAT! I learned how to mentally force my body into PHYSIQUES. It was all mental conditioning! I will share some PICS with you hot-shots!

It appears that some of you are AFRAID to make comments on this site. How PREPOSTEROUS!!! If you are too AFRAID to make comments, let me ask you, how are you going to overcome you greatest FEARS!?? Let's not be unbelievable here, let us be BELIEVABLE! Now come to your senses, everyone... yes YOU!... and lets make some comments on exercise one. I need to hear some FEEDBACK... give me some FEEDBACK baby, ya!!! I also need some of you to send me the pictures you are now carrying with you in your back pockets. This is ESSENTIAL! I will need to evaluate your picture, and also, a short paragraph explaining what it means to you and how it is your daily motivation.

I was able to chat with the infamous WOLFMAN (my inspiration in life coaching*) earlier today. He gave me a picture of himself that he keeps in his back pocket for motivating others in need. I think it is a great practice to take a picture of yourself doing your very best at whatever it is you do and keep it in your back pocket for 'times in trouble'. Above is the picture Wolfman shares with all of us. Use it when you are feeling weak hearted.

Life Skills for Success

Exercise 1:
Today, I want all of you to start by identifying your fears. Perhaps not your greatest fear, that may too difficult for you. Try some of your simple, day-to-day fears. Identify these puppies so that we can then move on.
Once you have successfully identified a few (I'm sure you have a lot, we all do, haha), conquer one. Just one today. I know what you're thinking, "L.C. Stephen, HOW do I conquer this fear?" That is a GREAT question! And the answer is to jump right into that fear! It's that SIMPLE! "Will it be difficult?" You betcha! But once you have done it, you will feel great and want more! It is addicting, trust me.

Here is an example:
John Curls is afraid to confront strangers. Today, John must confront a stranger with a semi-courteous "Hello" and continue conversation for at least three exchanges of dialogue. This will help John be a better communicator, and also give him more CONFIDENCE (a virtue we will be hitting HARD).
