hi, stephen. i have questions about your success plan. perhaps i have a landlord who wishes to raise the rent on a poor business owner. what are some good links to help me out in this dilemma. so far, i'm having trouble finding a negotiating your extended lease for dummies book. could you write me one?

I would suggest writing up a MASSIVE documentation of what should be expected of the landlord in question as proper COMPENSATION for rent raising INCONVENIENCE. Use a PLETHORA of INTELLECTUAL words and small point font, perhaps 3pt. Have in the document fees the landlord will owe you to COMPENSATE your losses in result of INCREASED rent. Make sure that these fees are AT LEAST EQUAL to the inflation cost of rent, so as to be REIMBURSED your differences. Your landlord will probably sign the document WITHOUT READING it as long as you say, "this is JUST a STANDARD FORM stating that I AGREE to the raise in rent" (DO NOT mention the aspect of FEES until you take them to court over failure to uphold their end of the AGREEMENT).

whoa! it worked. i flushed him down the toilet like a goldfish. in fact, he actually said once the deal was done and i showed him how i tricked him! and check it, LC, i finally have enough money to buy my new summer home!
